At AVI-8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aviation-inspired timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your timepiece in its original packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
